"Roses To La Playa Is Back Rocking And Rolling"

Come to the point-to-point, 5th annual Roses to La Playa 5K Run/ Fun Walk Race and Kid's 1K fun run, on Sunday, February 24, 2008. A beautiful and exciting 5K downhill run/walk from State and Pedregosa through downtown Santa Barbara along the scenic oceanfront. Don't forget the post-race food, music and fun prizes!

Date: Sunday, February 24th, 2008 Rain or Shine!

Start Time: 8:00am

Start Location: State St. & Pedregosa St.

Finish Location: Leadbetter Beach, and pre-race date registration from 6:30am to 7:30am.

Awards: Great prizes from Outfooters for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each age groups - Prizes for 1st male, and 1st female overall.

Shuttle Service: A shuttle service will be available from Leadbetter beach to the start of the race, at 6:30am - 7:30am. Don't be late, as the race will start right on time!
